I am a Qualified LTA Accreditated + Level 4 Coach & my lessons are for beginners to experienced players, offering the opportunity to fine tune strokes and mindset beneficial for once a week warriors to those involved in competition.

Leave with the tools of breath awareness, working towards concentration, control for body & mind, precision if thats your eventual goal. Sessions can be tailored to suit individual needs, making it accessible to all. No pre-requisite of being able to touch your toes is required!

It incorporates breath control & concentration enhancing mental skills which are paramount in winning a tennis game. This can be included in lessons and clinics if you desire.
