Pilates

We offer several ways to enjoy Pilates. Private sessions, groups and various types of classes to suit all levels, abilities & goals. All sessions and classes will provide you with a total body workout & experience which will dramatically improve your strength, flexibility, posture and overall wellbeing. No pre-requisite of being able to touch your toes is required!

I am a Qualified LTA Accredited + Level 4 Coach & offer tennis coaching for all levels. Whether you are a complete beginner, one day a week warrior or an experienced club player we have an option for you.

    Learn a new skill, make new friendships at this community based club & have so much fun while doing so! I am a Qualified LTA Accreditated + Level 4 Coach & my lessons are for beginners to experienced players, offering the opportunity to fine tune strokes and mindset beneficial for once a week warriors to those involved in competition.

  • Pilates

    Experience the benefits that Pilates has to offer! Come into Pilates with what you would like to improve: strength, flexibility, balance & agility through the physical exercises of Pilates. Leave with the tools of breath awareness, working towards concentration, control for body & mind, precision if thats your eventual goal. Sessions can be tailored to suit individual needs, making it accessible to all. No pre-requisite of being able to touch your toes is required!

  • Tennis & Pilates

    Feel the immediate benefits of Pilates before or after you play tennis. Pilates will help you develop strong core muscles to assist in dynamic balance and increase flexibility through the hips & spine helping you to reach shots with ease. It incorporates breath control & concentration enhancing mental skills which are paramount in winning a tennis game. This can be included in lessons and clinics if you desire. In speciality classes we offer Tennis + Pilates
