Coaching
Private Lessons
Personalised one-to-one or shared coaching sessions tailored to your individual goals. Whether you’re new to tennis, looking to improve your technique, build confidence or take your match play to the next level, each session is designed to help you achieve your full potential.
Private one-to-one Pilates sessions are also available, focusing on improving strength, mobility, balance and movement to support an active, healthy lifestyle.
Group Lessons
Join a friendly and welcoming community with a range of group sessions designed to improve your skills, confidence and enjoyment of the game. From ladies’ doubles clinics and county junior coaching to match practice sessions, tennis holidays and group Pilates classes, there’s something for every age and ability. Tennis makes you healthier and happier! Develop agility, balance, co-ordination, speed. Lower your body fat and improve muscle tone. Cardio tennis classes are fun, sociable fitness classes set on a tennis court and open to people of all ages and abilities.

Tennis Coaching to help you brush up or learn tennis skills for the first time before joining a club and playing more regularly. Individual lessons are also available but joining a group is a great way to meet people and learn tennis in a more economical way.
